Membership is open to any LOHO property owner.  Non-owner tenants may join with full voting rights only when their property owner has declined to join.  The full details of both memberships are explained in the BYLAWS. 

To join, download and complete the MEMBERSHIP FORM & BALLOT per the instructions and return with a check for $250 made payable to LOHO Homeowners Association to,

Finally,  go to CREATE RESIDENT ACCOUNT and create a resident account.  One account per property address, please (you may enter two separate emails, however).    This is the HOA's primary method for communicating with all residents, recording member votes, and sharing important information.
